I am recruiting for an Interim Service Charge Accountant to join a small Housing Association in Hertfordshire on a three-to-six-month contract. This role will provide support during a busy period, ensuring the smooth handling of service charge queries and financial processes. Key responsibilities include: Responding to service charge queries in the upcoming cycle. Conducting financial analysis and interrogation of service charge calculations. Performing adjustments to service charge figures as required. Reconciling 2024-25 service charge actuals. Supporting the delivery and integration of the service charge module in the new finance system. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Service Charge Accounting specialist with sector experience or a Housing Finance generalist with a strong grasp of service charge processes.
