A small, specialist Housing Association is seeking an Interim Part Time Head of Finance to provide vital leadership and expertise during a key period over year end. This is a part time, three-day-per-week, six-month contract with flexibility on working patterns, including one day a week in their London-based office. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering Financial Statements for Year End.
- Overseeing and finalising the budget for the coming financial year, incorporating rent-setting.
- Leading on financial reporting for Board and Committee meetings, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Liaising with auditors and managing the audit process.
- Providing hands-on support to a small, experienced finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
