My client, a well-established Social Housing provider based in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an Interim Deputy Finance Director to join their team at a critical time of year. This role will lead the finance team following the year-end process, managing the transition into Q1 reporting while preparing for the upcoming budgeting cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the finance team through a period of personnel change, ensuring high levels of accountability and performance.
- Overseeing the financial reporting process to meet deadlines with accuracy and precision.
- Ensuring compliance with financial controls and maintaining a high standard of financial reporting.
