The Role
• Manage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports and reconciliations.

• Work with senior colleagues and budget holders to support financial decision-making.
• Maintain financial controls and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide guidance to the finance team and help ensure the smooth running of the function.
The Person
• Experience across management accounts, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Organised, proactive and confident taking ownership of finance processes.
• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
