Interim Executive Assistant

£22 - £24 an hour
Robertson Bell is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to look after three Executive Directors and the existing Chief Executive Coordinator within a centralised executive support team.
This is an immediate-start temporary opportunity until 31 January, with the potential for a permanent position following a planned team restructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple executive diaries and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting papers and provide administrative support.
- Deliver proactive, high-quality executive support to senior leaders.
- Support the existing coordinator and help ensure the smooth running of the centralised team.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About you:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior coordination role.
- Excellent diary management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to anticipate needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in social housing is not essential; candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
