Robertson Bell is recruiting an Interim Treasury Manager to join a West Midlands Social Housing organisation for an initial six-month contract, working on a hybrid basis with the ability to commit to two days per week in the office. The role will provide stability and technical expertise during a period of organisational change, with the immediate priority being to ensure the organisation maintains strong control over its cash, liquidity and funding requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of cash flow management and forecasting. Managing liquidity and supporting loan drawdowns as required. Calculating and monitoring loan covenants. Overseeing securitisation, security and asset cover requirements. Supporting regulatory and lender reporting. Managing key banking relationships and treasury administration.
