Robertson Bell is supporting a large housing association based in Birmingham to recruit an interim Service Charge Finance Analyst on an initial three month contract. This is an opportunity to join a busy team during a key period of service charge budget setting, with an immediate requirement for someone who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Support the preparation and setting of service charge budgets. Analyse and review large volumes of financial and service charge data. Identify anomalies, inconsistencies and areas requiring further investigation. Carry out data validation and reconciliation activity. Respond to service charge queries and data requests. Work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider organisation. Support ongoing service charge processes and reporting. Experience required: Strong service charge experience gained within either a Housing Association or private property environment is essential.
