The role:

  • Working to follow up inbound leads, qualifying them and booking appointments with the sales team.
  • Creating outbound sales campaigns to speak with prospective clients.
  • Creating a fantastic first impression for potential clients by engaging in a friendly, dynamic and professional manner.
  • Maintain a constant pipeline of sales activity, whether calls, LinkedIn outreach, CRM activity to ensure sales targets will be met.
  • Proactively keeping up to date with the industry market.
  • Keep accurate records for clients.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team.
