The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35000 £ per year.

Location: Chester (ideally office based but happy to discuss hybrid)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £30-35k basic plus bonus

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing existing key customer accounts
  • Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
  • Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
  • Proactively contacting customers to develop new business
  • Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships

About you

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in putting together quotes for clients and following up
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Ability to build relationships and spot opportunities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (preferred)
