They are looking to hire a driven and confident Telesales Executive / SDR to support their Sales Team by generating high quality meetings with prospective clients. The Role
As a Telesales Executive / SDR, you will be responsible for making a high volume of quality outbound calls to warm prospects including businesses that are already aware of their brand or have previously purchased from them. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, re-engage prospects, qualify interest, and book meetings for their Sales Executives. This is a target-driven role suited to someone resilient, proactive, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads and existing contacts
- Re-engage lapsed customers and nurture previous buyers
- Qualify prospects to identify genuine sales opportunities
- Book high-quality meetings for Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Build rapport quickly and represent the business professionally
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, SDR, or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Resilient, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
