Location: 3 days Stockport office, 2 days home

Working for a growing company with an office in Stockport, we are recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Data input into the finance and operations systems
  • Administering new leases and associated documents such as rent review memorandums and licenses
  • Timely uploading of accurate transaction data into our system
  • Collaborating with other departments such as billing and Account Management
  • Assist with the drafting and issuing of contracts to prospective customers based on terms agreed
  • Assisting with the preparations of plans and documentation
  • Managing the e-signing process of documents via DocuSign and ensuring contracts are signed correctly and within our target timeframe
  • General administration and liaising with customers via telephone and email
  • Extracting key data and information from contracts and entering onto the system

What experience you'll need:

  • Administration, data entry and experience of using a CRM system
  • Able to work as part of a busy sales team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent using Excel and MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Keen to explore an opportunity within the property industry, or have an interest in commercial contracts
