About the Role
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
  • Location: Nottingham, hybrid working with offices in Nottingham
  • Working Pattern: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote, with flexible working arrangements available
  • Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, performance related bonus, hybrid and flexible working options, growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters.
  • Manage a varied caseload within either advisory, litigation, or key account-focused teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused legal advice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across legal and wider business teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-referral and additional services where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law.
  • Strong technical knowledge across contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Positive, proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high standards of service.
