We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technological business who are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Field Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and working in a field-based role across the private healthcare sector.
About the Role
- Role: Permanent, full time
- Location: East Coast UK - home based, typically out 3 days a week with clients
- Salary: up to £40K per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent customers through regular field visits.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end customer marketing campaigns and activities.
- Identify customer marketing needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Create detailed design briefs and coordinate marketing support materials.
- Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on campaign activity and performance.
- Manage external agency relationships and collaborate on PPC campaigns, design services.
- Drive customer revenue by delivering excellent marketing assistance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or similar customer-focused role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and CRM management skills.
- Commercially aware, self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
