Overview of the role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute new business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage your existing network within the medical/healthcare sector, including key NHS contacts, to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships to expand the company’s footprint.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the face of the company in the healthcare/pharma sector, representing the brand and fostering trust within your network.
- Track, manage, and report on sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, specifically having sold within the medical industry (NHS and similar)
- Engineering degree or background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
- Well connected within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
