What you'll be doing:
- Assisting hiring managers across the business with their recruitment requirements
- Advertising the job online and proactively sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
- Managing the agency PSL building relationships
- Screening all applications, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Acting as a Talent Advisor, supporting and challenging managers when required
- Facilitating the end to end recruitment process including organising interviews and attending when required
- Managing offers, resignation support and onboarding including right to work checks, DBS checks
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Recruitment projects ad hoc
- Maintaining accurate data and recruitment information
What experience you'll need:
- Previous in-house Recruitment experience is essential
- Strong advisor experience able to build relationships with various stakeholders across the business
- Recruitment sourcing and interview skills
- Able to keep up to date with best practice and experience of onboarding, right to work checks, references and DBS checks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Passion for delivering a great service
- MS Office packages
