Location: North Wales (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £40k DOE

We are looking for a newly qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant who is ready to take the next step after qualification and develop their commercial, managerial, and leadership skills within a supportive and forward-thinking practice. This role is ideal for someone coming from UK accountancy practice who wants structured mentoring and the opportunity to grow into a team manager and key person within the Practice.

The Role

  • You will join a successful and collaborative team, advising a varied client portfolio of over 250 businesses across multiple industries.
  • With full mentoring and a clear development framework, you will be supported to develop your technical and commercial accounting skills post qualification.
  • Build confidence in managing and supervising team members.
  • Get involved in workflow planning and practice development.
  • Supporting the Directors with managing clients.
  • General practice accounting for up to 300 clients.
  • Supporting junior team members to mentor and develop their knowledge.
  • Continually learning and developing your technical skills.
