Finance Project Manager FTC – Project Lead
We are recruiting on behalf of a brilliant company who are looking for a Finance Project lead to guide them through a system change.
Are you a finance-savvy professional with a passion for systems transformation and data-driven reporting? This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a major ERP migration, helping shape the future of financial reporting for a leading UK retailer. You’ll act as a vital bridge between finance, IT, and project teams, owning the reporting work-stream as they transition from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

About The Role
Title: Finance Project Manager (FTC)
Location: Sandycroft, on-site
Role: Full time, 12 month fixed term contract
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities
- Own the reporting work-stream within the ERP implementation, driving delivery of a suite of finance reports using Power BI and Dynamics 365 tools.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand requirements, influence design decisions, and ensure seamless system integration and testing.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring reporting accuracy and reconciliation with financial systems.
- Coordinate training and change adoption, equipping the finance team with the tools and knowledge to succeed post-migration.
- Ensure documentation and quality assurance across all reporting processes, outputs, and controls.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in ERP or financial system implementations, ideally involving SAP and/or Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI and other business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Solid grounding in finance or accounting processes, with an understanding of how they translate into system and reporting requirements.
- Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Experience in system testing, data validation, and user support within a transformation or change programme.
