About the Role Role: Employment Lawyer Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Location: Ellesmere Port, hybrid working - H/O in Nottingham so willingness to visit on occasion Working Pattern: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote, with flexible working arrangements available Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, performance related bonus, hybrid and flexible working options, growth opportunities. Responsibilities Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Manage a varied caseload within either advisory, litigation, or key account-focused teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused legal advice. Work collaboratively with colleagues across legal and wider business teams to ensure excellent client outcomes. Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-referral and additional services where appropriate. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law. Strong technical knowledge across contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
