Internal Operations Director
Location:Belvedere – 4 days per week office
Salary:£75,000 plus performance based bonus
Benefits:28 days holiday plus bank holidays

Someone who can bring financial acumen, operational know-how, and people-first leadership to the table and isnt afraid to roll their sleeves up when needed.

Overview of the role
- Owning the financial operations from forecasting and cash flow to delivering clear, actionable insights for the leadership team
- Steering the HR strategy to ensure they attract, develop, and retain great people
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, and contracts to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
- Leading and inspiring the HR Manager and Bookkeeper to deliver their best work
- Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions
What experience you\’ll bring
- Strong experience in finance, operations, or similar
- A strong financial brain and the ability to translate data into real business impact
- Solid HR and compliance knowledge
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, and budgets
