About the Role Position: Customer Service Representative Role: Permanent, Full time Location: Wrexham, hybrid working Salary: Up to £29,000 depending upon experience Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, free parking What You\’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of their company, assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with efficiency and empathy. * Providing product information and guidance to help customers make the most of their products * Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction. * Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback to help them continually improve our service.
