We are looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is key to ensuring orders, returns and replacements are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service.
The Role
- Process new orders within internal systems
- Manage replacements and returns, ensuring timely handling and dispatch
- Handle credits and coordinate shipments where required
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders from the warehouse
- Support stock control, inventory management and supplier deliveries
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working to KPIs with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using systems such as MS Office, CRM or ERP
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload
