Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise multi-channel digital marketing activity across email, social media, SEO and content marketing channels.
- Develop and enhance automated email marketing programmes, improving customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to create and optimise evergreen content informed by search and performance insights.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and audience growth.
- Manage and support digital marketing team members while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing objectives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, content, social media and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience using performance data, audience insights and search analytics to inform marketing strategy and content development.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, consent-based marketing and digital compliance best practices.
- Previous people management experience with strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
