Are you an experienced Block Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business with a close-knit team, who have a passion for delivering outstanding service to their clients. Due to growth, they are looking for a talented Block Manager to support the current team in handling the full spectrum of block management services.
About the role
- Location: Wirral based office
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000.00 per annum (Negotiable, Depending on Experience) + Bonus
- Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with flexibility for evening/weekend meetings
Role Overview
In this brand-new role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio across Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, and surrounding areas. This is an end-to-end role, where you will oversee everything from budget management to maintenance coordination, compliance, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full block management process, including budgets, service charges, and maintenance schedules.
- Attend meetings (some of which may be in the evenings or weekends).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Handle repairs, maintenance, and service requests.
- Travel as required to manage properties across Chester, Liverpool, and Warrington.

- Proven experience in block management.
- Driving licence is essential.
- A strong understanding of budgeting, compliance, and property maintenance.
