We are partnering with a global organisation looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Sales Incentives & Performance to play a key role in shaping and optimising their commercial performance across the EMEAC region.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you'll sit at the intersection of sales, finance, and data, helping to drive smarter decisions and stronger results. You'll take ownership of how sales performance is measured, how incentives are structured, and how territories and targets are aligned - ultimately helping to maximise revenue and productivity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and manage sales incentive plans that motivate teams and align with business goals
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI / similar) to provide clear, actionable insights
- Lead on territory planning and quota setting, using data to ensure fair and effective coverage
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to influence commercial strategy
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to enhance decision-making

What We're Looking For
- You'll be commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident working with stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- A solid understanding of revenue, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
