Be the trusted HR expert that managers rely on. Are you passionate about employee relations and enjoy helping managers navigate complex people issues with confidence? We're looking for an experienced HR Case Manager to join a successful, people-focused organisation. If you thrive on solving problems, coaching managers and finding practical, commercially balanced solutions, this could be the perfect next step in your HR career.
What does the role involve?
- As an HR Case Manager, you'll become the go-to HR adviser for managers across the business.

- This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a manager through a complex investigation, the next you're coaching a leader on handling a difficult conversation or attending a formal hearing.
If you enjoy employee relations and making a genuine difference to both managers and employees, you'll love this opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied portfolio of complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Providing expert advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance issues.
- Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and appeals, both remotely and face-to-face.
- Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters.
- Reviewing investigation reports, formal correspondence and outcome letters.
- Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality HR advisory service.
