What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing existing key customer accounts
- Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service
- Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
- Proactively contacting customers to develop new business
- Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs
- Building strong, long‑term client relationships
Requirements
About you
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in putting together quotes for clients and following up
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach
- Ability to build relationships and spot opportunities
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing or sales environment (preferred)
