Operations Administrator Chester (onsite) Monday to Friday Full-time, permanent (option for compressed hours over 4 days) £26,000 + excellent benefits

We’re looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is key to ensuring orders, returns and replacements are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service.

The Role

  • Process new orders within internal systems
  • Manage replacements and returns, ensuring timely handling and dispatch
  • Handle credits and coordinate shipments where required
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders from the warehouse
  • Support stock control, inventory management and supplier deliveries

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working to KPIs with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using systems such as MS Office, CRM or ERP
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload
