Title: Accounts & Audit Manager

What You\'ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage multiple audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio.
- Supervise and mentor audit and accounts staff, ensuring high standards and strong technical output.
- Review working papers, financial statements, and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor workloads and run regular team update meetings, reporting directly to senior leadership.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for audit and accounting matters.
- Monitor audit budgets, reporting variances and communicating audit findings and making recommendations.
About you
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong background in audit and accountancy within practice.
- Proven experience in leading audits and managing teams in a client-facing role.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102, UK GAAP).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing deadlines and team priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Full UK driving licence for occasional travel as required
