Due to huge growth, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Number 1 and number 2 Flexographic Printers to join our production team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Number 1 or Number 2 Printer, you’ll take ownership of the flexographic printing process from set-up through to final production, ensuring every job meets customer specifications and the highest quality standards.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating state-of-the-art flexographic printing presses
- Colour matching and maintaining print quality throughout production
- Managing machine settings, registrations, tensions, sleeves, anilox rollers and doctor blades
- Monitoring production performance and quality systems
- Completing production, traceability and quality documentation
- Working collaboratively with Shift Managers, Ink Technicians and production colleagues
- Driving continuous improvements in safety, quality and operational excellence

- Experience operating flexographic printing presses
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A positive, proactive approach to work
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to health, safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Good IT skills and experience using production systems
- A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve
