At least 3 years’ of retail / forecourt experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong team leadership and the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
A practical, confident approach to HR management and following policies and procedures.
Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy, dynamic forecourt environment.
Commitment to continuous improvement and change.
Ability to act with confidentiality and professionalism
