The Opportunity
We have a number of opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join us working in our Bakery production department.
Previous experience is desirable although we will consider candidates who have had experience in a fast-moving production environment.
Full training will be provided.
What you will contribute
- Follow instructions of daily work structure.
- Work effectively as part of a Team, in line with family values.
- Meet delivery deadlines by ensuring efficient processing of workload.
- Maintain personal standards (hygiene) & a clean as you go policy.
- Complete relevant paperwork and report any non-conformances to the relevant supervisor or manager.
- Maintain the food safety, legality and quality standards as set.
- Awareness of staff and equipment in your area.
- Fully engage with the safety programme, work in a safe responsible manner & not endanger your safety or the safety of others.
- Adhere to SOPs, CICs, SSOWs, WIs, procedures and risk assessments.
- Full knowledge of manual handling requirements.
