Roberts Bakery 1887 Ltd is seeking a Food Research & Development professional to support the R&D & Innovation agenda for the Biscuit category. You will work cross-functionally with the Innovation Funnel to deliver EPD and NPD that meet internal brand expectations and external customer requirements.
You will manage and maintain the test bakery areas, ensure QMS/BRC/H&S documentation is completed, rotate raw materials in line with allergen policies and GMP, and prepare concept samples in response.
