The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and management of the complaints system, including liaising with external customers, trend analysis and business KPI slides and reporting.
- Management and maintenance of the non-conformance system: internally raised through audits, issues and externally through supplier audits.
- Management of the Stevens recipe system: recipe amendments and new recipes.
- Management of the Quality Manual.
- Ensuring the QAS system is up to date at all times.
- To manage all internal audit logs including GMP and system audits, ensuring that close outs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- To complete Internal audits where required, GMP and system audits.
- To support wider FSQ functions where required.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Specification writing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Internal Auditor trained.
Desirable Skills:
- HACCP L2
- Food Safety L2
Working Location: Northwich, with some flexibility to hybrid working. Pre agreed with manager.
