Roberts Bakery 1887 Ltd is seeking a New Product Development Technologist for Bread to join the NPD team.
You will develop and reformulate products from concept to launch, applying strong technical knowledge of ingredients, food processes and sensory evaluation.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, procurement, quality and production teams, maintaining NPD documentation and ensuring products meet consumer expectations and internal QMS.
