As a Sales Assistant at the Roberto Cavalli London boutique, you will be responsible for providing an elevated luxury experience to clients, maximizing sales performance, and maintaining impeccable store standards.     • Stay informed about brand heritage, fashion trends, and global brand directives.
    • Share product insights confidently and accurately with clients.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in receiving deliveries, stock organization, and inventory management.
    • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are consistently followed.
    • Maintain impeccable store presentation, cleanliness, and display standards.
    • Process transactions accurately and professionally (POS, exchanges, returns, tax-free handling).
  • Team Collaboration
    • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
    • Work closely with management to execute commercial strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail (fashion or accessories preferred).
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and service protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Italian) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
