EA to warm, grounded private family - you will either be based from their family home in Holland Park or their Hedge Fund office in Knightsbridge where you will work alongside their business EA. For the right EA this will be a really rewarding EA role. Whilst they are an UHNW Family, they like to live an uncomplicated low-key life. They are looking to hire a very experienced Private EA with a calm assertive manner who will ask the right questions and ensure that their instructions are interpreted correctly. If you love being an EA and ensuring all areas of your boss's life runs smoothly, this EA role will really appeal to you. They require an EA who is very switched on and knows what questions to ask, whilst being super efficient and organised. As both husband and wife work in finance it will be useful for this EA role if you've previously worked in a finance environment. Their main goal is to hire a really efficient EA who will do their thinking for them, so their time is freed up to concentrate on other priorities.
Duties will include the following:
- Diary and Scheduling management across four family members' diaries
- Travel and Holiday planning
- Property management dealing with contractors and service providers
- Purchasing and Inventory
- Household Operations
- Financial Administration
- Managing other household staff - 1 Nanny, 1 Housekeeper and 1 Cleaner / Maintenance Person
