Working for this vibrant family, we are looking for a PA who has a love of all things countryside to assist with the running of their estate, which comprises a working farm, along with Private PA duties. Based in the Estate Office, this PA role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of PA responsibilities. You will not need to have worked in a rural setting before, but an interest would be a benefit!

Main elements of this PA role will include the following:

  • Extensive Diary Management for the Principles
  • Travel and Logistics Planning
  • Overseeing and managing all household utility providers
  • Administration of bills
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, paper and digital
  • Regular property checks
  • Administrative support to Principles
  • Administrative support to employees
  • Farm business administration
  • Basic accountancy, including account reconciliation (understanding of Zero beneficial)
  • Overseeing or assisting with contractors / site works
  • Organising or overseeing Estate events
  • Research projects
  • Undertaking all other usual PA duties relating to the house and estate

You will need to be a car driver as the estate is based in a remote location with no public transport links.
