Working for this vibrant family, we are looking for a PA who has a love of all things countryside to assist with the running of their estate, which comprises a working farm, along with Private PA duties. Based in the Estate Office, this PA role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of PA responsibilities. You will not need to have worked in a rural setting before, but an interest would be a benefit!
Main elements of this PA role will include the following:
- Extensive Diary Management for the Principles
- Travel and Logistics Planning
- Overseeing and managing all household utility providers
- Administration of bills
- Creating and maintaining filing systems, paper and digital
- Regular property checks
- Administrative support to Principles
- Administrative support to employees
- Farm business administration
- Basic accountancy, including account reconciliation (understanding of Zero beneficial)
- Overseeing or assisting with contractors / site works
- Organising or overseeing Estate events
- Research projects
- Undertaking all other usual PA duties relating to the house and estate
You will need to be a car driver as the estate is based in a remote location with no public transport links.
