ENTRY LEVEL PA / ADMINISTRATOR FOR PRIVATE FAMILY OFFICE
Location: Chelsea – in person 5 days / week
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
This is an ideal position for an aspiring PA who is interested in gaining experience within the fascinating world of a Private Family Office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and the COO of this very discreet family\’s office, we are looking for an entry-level PA. You will ideally have 1-2 years of experience in a PA / Admin position and be eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. We seek someone with very high accuracy, the ability to react quickly to changing priorities, and effective communication skills with all team members. An assertive approach is necessary, along with flexibility to handle various tasks. This position is based 5 days a week in the Family Office in Chelsea. Main responsibilities include:
- General day-to-day administrative tasks
- Inbox management for the COO and CoS
- Diary management for the COO and CoS
- Assisting with complex travel arrangements
- Liaising with household staff to ensure instructions are followed
- Confirming reservations and appointments
- Researching gift and household purchases
- Running errands
- Excellent spoken and written English, with high accuracy and grammar skills
