This is an ideal position for an aspiring PA who is interested in gaining experience within the fascinating world of a Private Family Office. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and the COO of this very discreet family's office, we are looking for entry-level PA. You will ideally have 1 – 2 years experience elsewhere in a PA / Admin position and be looking to build on those skills in a fast-paced detail-driven role. We are looking for someone who has very high levels of accuracy who can react quicky to ever-changing priorities and be able to communicate effectively with all team members. You will need an assertive approach but also be able to take instructions where needed and also be very flexible the with the tasks you undertake. This position is based 5 days / week in the Family Office in Chelsea. Main elements of the role will involve the following:-
