We recruit for a variety of well-known household names in their offices in Central London – the cover we require could involve you to stepping in to cover holiday leave or man the phones whilst the office are out at their Christmas party. You will need a good background in PA / Admin duties from dealing with phones, diaries, travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, booking couriers and ensuring items are ready for collection, organising meetings, meeting and greeting guests and assisting with event management.
