About the Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a small, high-performing team in a studio setting in the Cotswolds. As their EA you\’ll be the operational backbone, ensuring the Principal and their team are seamlessly supported across all aspects of scheduling, travel, and coordination — both in the UK and abroad.
This EA role demands someone who’s not only highly organised but also deeply attuned to the logistics of creative production. You’ll be liaising with the Principal’s wider family support network, managing complex calendars, and orchestrating travel and meetings across multiple time zones.
Key EA Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal’s diary, meetings, and studio schedule with precision and discretion
- Coordinate international travel for the Principal and wider team
- Liaise with wider family support staff to ensure alignment across personal and professional commitments
- Support studio operations and team coordination in a fast-moving creative environment
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
What We’re Looking For
- Proven EA experience in high-level logistical coordination within Art, Film or TV Production, music, or sports
- Comfortable working in a studio setting with creatives, producers, and collaborators
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable, unflappable under pressure, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
