Are you ready to shape the future of marine infrastructure? We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our expert marine team in London. This is your opportunity to lead groundbreaking projects, take on key responsibilities, and contribute to world-class engineering solutions in the maritime sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Excellence: Deliver designs for marine structures, including jetties, quays, wharves, and cofferdams, working collaboratively within a team.
- Lead projects: Oversee marine projects from tender through to detailed design, ensuring technical and commercial success.
- Client-Focused Impact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism.
- Project Management: Manage the technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
What You Bring:
- We’re looking for a driven and skilled engineer, with expertise in marine structures and a proactive approach to project responsibility.
- Qualifications: BEng/MEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical training.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in marine projects within the UK, with a strong focus on structural design e.g. jetties, quays, wharves, and cofferdams.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making ability and a collaborative mindset, to work effectively within a team.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM regulations and Quality Management Systems.
- Geotechnical Proficiency: A good understanding of geotechnical principles related to marine engineering.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong project leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams to deliver excellence.
