About the Role

- Location: Pulford, near Chester
- Salary: Up to £35K per annum

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and renewals
- Build deep, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders
- Understand client goals and align service delivery to meet those objectives
- Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the commercial team to convert them
- Use data to track client success metrics and report on account health
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and provide strategic solutions
- Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback shapes service delivery
