Job Spec
- Servicing customer queries on a day-to-day basis
- Ensuring accounts are kept up-to-date and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to
- Working across many areas of the business
- Providing professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone, and email
- Accurately recording data, including adjustments, closures, and other processes
- Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and promptly
- Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Promptly raising any escalations to maintain customer satisfaction
- Staying up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures
Person Spec
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver best-in-class customer interactions
- Positive approach to learning new things
- Experience from customer-facing backgrounds is desirable but not essential
