We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our growing Risk & Compliance team. This is an advisory-focused role centred on interpreting and applying legislation, regulatory requirements and industry guidance within a regulated business environment. You'll provide expert advice to stakeholders, support policy and governance activities, and help ensure products, processes and customer solutions remain compliant. This is not a compliance monitoring or testing role. We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience interpreting legislation, advising on regulatory requirements and translating complex rules into practical business solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interpreting and applying regulatory and legislative requirements across the business.
  • Providing expert compliance and regulatory advice to stakeholders.
  • Drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, governance frameworks and legal documentation.
  • Assessing the impact of regulatory change and supporting implementation.
  • Supporting the development of compliant products, services and customer solutions.
  • Communicating complex regulatory requirements in a clear and practical way.
  • Delivering guidance and training on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Maintaining accurate compliance documentation and records.

What We're Looking For

  • Employment Tax or Benefits Compliance
  • Tax Advisory

You'd ideally have:

  • Experience interpreting and applying legislation, regulations or industry guidance.
  • Strong policy, governance or advisory experience.
  • Excellent written communication and document drafting skills.
  • The ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
