Salary: £20 per hour including holiday pay PAYE Inside IR35

3 days in the office required
Our client is seeking a Talent Programme Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Talent & Capability Team by efficiently managing scheduling, data handling, finance administration and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth execution of critical Talent processes, with a focus on Executive Assessment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage across the Talent and Capability team to align efforts and contribute significantly to the identification, development and retention of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating assessment meetings and arranging meetings between assessors and candidates
- Managing and distributing relevant assessments to support the team’s offerings
- Ensuring accurate data management and maintaining up-to-date trackers
- Supporting the preparation of high-quality internal reports
- Handling finance administration including tracking cost codes for cross-charging
- Providing support on project workstreams to help deliver broader objectives of the Talent and Capability function
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders
What you bring:
- Previous administrative experience in roles requiring strong project coordination
- Experience of balancing multiple projects simultaneously with a commitment to quality and detail
- Experience of working with people at all levels of an organisation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated success in roles requiring adaptability and versatility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
