We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join a dynamic financial services business. This is a hands-on, independent contributor role suited to someone who knows the financial services market inside and out and is ready for a fresh challenge. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle across mid-to-senior level roles, including occasional graduate campaigns
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide tailored sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the pipeline with speed and precision
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience
- Take a data-driven approach to reporting, market mapping, and process improvement
- Contribute to employer branding and internal recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial services recruitment (either in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of asset management, banking, and/or capital markets hiring
