We are seeking a hands on Tableau Data Visualization Expert to join JP Morgan in London via Robert Walters on a permanent consultancy basis. You should have excellent experience of data visualization using Tableau, Sql queries and Adobe Analytics. Any Alteryx experience is highly advantageous., Part of Corporate and Investment Banking, the Digital Experience Design organization’s mission is to improve the experience of external clients and internal users across a broad variety of complex, essential, and high-value product and service journeys. The Client Experience Metrics program contributes to this mission using quantitative research to provide the data required to make key design and investment decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for end to end development of data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, Adobe Analytics and other solutions, as well as ad-hoc analytics. You will leverage their existing visualization skills to maintain a data repository, building your knowledge of the Business allowing you to continually evaluate and enhance the existing suite of data according to the evolving needs of the Business and Client life cycle. It requires someone with analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset who can identify issues and partner with key stakeholders to propose potential solutions. You will receive support and be empowered to drive your career development through knowledge-sharing and upskilling as required., * Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics and SQL to develop and automate reports or analysis that lead to actionable business insights.

  • Support and manage Business focused BI reporting and dashboards on the portal. Drive the set up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs, ie, Client experience metrics for the Business.

  • Drive innovation with Line of Business stakeholders during agile development sessions to create and improve dashboards leveraging newly on-boarded data sources

  • Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making

  • Work with other Analytics teams and multi-task on projects to summarize and synthesize data and present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner

  • Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of digital data within the organization

  • Drive automation of new and existing processes along with User Acceptance Testing and Validation of new dashboards

  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and provide recommendations for testing new and emerging BI platforms

  • Support ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects

  • Excellent experience developing data visualization and presentations with Tableau Desktop/Server

  • Experience with Business Intelligence dashboard and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe Analytics

  • Experience with relational databases utilizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation and ad-hoc analyses

  • Experience in reporting development within a Financial Institution, and ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences given known limitations of the data

  • Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions

  • Self-starter who can provide insights and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment

  • Ability to define and track project deliveries through to implementation

  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner

  • Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
