Working as the key finance contact for an expanding business unit, you will partner closely with operational leadership while remaining part of a wider Group finance function. Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on site)
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Produce insightful board and management reporting, including commentary and variance analysis
- Partner closely with operational leaders to provide financial insight and support decision making
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Manage a small transactional team of two heads
- Analyse key business performance drivers, profitability and operational KPIs
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Assist with year-end audit requirements and statutory reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting
