Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and designs strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the EMEA employee benefits portfolio, including healthcare plans, flexible benefits, insurance programmes, and on-site/occupational health providers.
- Own vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and negotiations, ensuring strong service delivery, cost control, and risk management.
- Deliver strategic initiatives such as RFPs, provider onboarding, and benefits enhancements aligned with the EMEA people strategy.
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to support complex benefits queries, case management, and regional governance requirements.
- Monitor legislative and market developments, using insights, benchmarking, and data to inform policy updates and programme design.
- Oversee employee communications, senior stakeholder presentations, and annual enrolment cycles, including Flexible Benefits.
What you bring:
- Extensive EMEA employee benefits experience, ideally within financial services, with strong knowledge of healthcare, insurance, and flexible benefits frameworks.
- Proven leadership in vendor, contract, and project management, delivering commercially sound outcomes.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who uses data and benchmarking to assess risk, value, and programme effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence senior stakeholders and lead regional teams.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
